01WHAT WE STORE
Two products, two sets of rules.
Plastic raw materials hate moisture and dirt; paper reels hate knocks and dents. Both sit under one roof, but in separate zones, with their own equipment and their own checklist.
Paper Reels
Moved with a clamp-attachment forklift and stacked with the surface and edges protected; humidity is monitored and the condition of each reel is recorded at receipt and dispatch.

02ONE JOB
Storage is our only business.
We don't run trucks and we don't broker freight. We work the same dock as the carrier that brings your goods, and we never compete with them. Racking, equipment, software, people: every investment goes into one job, and it has since 1984.

We sell nothing but storage; everything we learn is spent around the rack.
On your carrier's side
The truck is yours, the carrier is yours. We meet it at the dock, unload, put away and, when the time comes, load it again.
The answer is in the system
How many pallets came in, which location they sit at, when they left: every question is answered on the first call.
03ON THE FLOOR
Six rules, the same on every shift.
The rules don't change with the person: whatever applies on the morning shift applies at night.
Defined Roles
Who is at the gate, who is on the racks, who does the count: written down by name for every shift.
Double Check
Receiving, dispatch and stock counts are never closed without a second person's signature.
Standard Process
A pallet is received the same way today as it will be three months from now.
On Record
A movement that isn't scanned on the handheld terminal is treated as if it never happened.
Immediate Reporting
A discrepancy, damage or mismatch is written up and reported on the shift it is found; it never waits until tomorrow.
Regular Drills
Fire and evacuation drills run on a schedule; the team never hears the alarm for the first time in a real event.
04TECHNOLOGY
Software runs the warehouse. People check it.
Every pallet has a rack location and every movement goes through a handheld terminal into the system. CCTV, temperature and humidity sensors and gate records come together on one screen; the shift supervisor compares what they see on the floor with what the system says.

05PROCESS
Gate to rack, rack to dispatch: six steps.
Pre-Notification
Vehicle and load details arrive; a time slot is booked.
Goods Receipt
Plate and seal checked at the gate, paperwork checked against the load at the dock; two signatures.
Customs Entry
The warehouse declaration is registered; from that moment the goods are in stock.
Put-Away by Location
The system assigns the rack location; the operator scans it on the terminal.
In-Stock Monitoring
Stock counts, temperature and humidity readings and CCTV; any discrepancy is looked into on the same shift.
Dispatch
The lot named in the instruction is loaded, the dispatch record is signed, the gate log is closed.

The name changed. The work didn't.
The road that began in 1984 as a warehousing subsidiary continues today as TCR Lojistik within Teriş Invest. The care with paperwork and the habit of counting come from those years; the racking, the software and the team were built anew in Hadımköy.
